  • IOA-LaserTemplate file for Rhino 6.0 and 7.0. to be copied in “user\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files” or “user\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files”
  • Trotec_Templates (Rhino 6.0 and Illustrator) for the correct Layer Colors and cut order
  • Material Settings file. Initial Power, Speed, and frequency setting for laser operation of different materials.

Convenient Software Toolchains:

The settings for each material and its different thicknesses you will find in the physical binder lying next to the Computer connected to the Lasercutter  in the Production Lab!

IN GENERAL make yourself familiar with the Trotect Material Recommendations before you lasercut any uncommon material in our lab. If you are unsure ask us and wait until then and don’t experiment on your own!
And always keep in mind that a laser is dangerous as it can IGNITE your stock. Therefore:

never_leave_the_laser_cutter_unattended
